Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for custom designs. Since these cards are specifically tailored to individual customer requirements, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Our return policy applies to all of our non-custom products.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item. This means you have a 14 day window to request a return.

The shipping time for custom-made designs of our metal NFC cards depends on various factors, including the complexity of the design, the quantity ordered, and the shipping destination. Typically, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for the production and processing of the custom cards. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

We only use Australia Post for all Orders.

Estimated delivery between 3-4 business days for all domestic orders.

Make sure the graphics are in the appropriate format (such as JPEG, PNG & Vector files) high resolution is required for engraving.

Yes, you can update the information on your NFC card. Updating the information on your NFC card is a simple and convenient process. If you need help please send us an email using our contact us form.

Compatible with all smartphones, including those with ISO 12 or higher and Android OS5.0 or higher.

For all other phones, please have your client scan the QR code. This option is available in our QR card range only.

Simply tap your smartphone on our review card to access your review page instantly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to customise the review cards.

We only offer customisation options for our NFC business card range where you can engrave your name or any logo/graphics of your choice. This card can also be linked to your review platform.
